多治見市産業人「激励と感謝のつどい」に参加しました― 新たな力と支えてきた力がつながる時間 ―

2026年6月16日（火）、多治見商工会議所主催による
「多治見市産業人 激励と感謝のつどい」が開催されました。

今年はこれまで別々に行われていた
「新入社員就職歓迎の夕べ」と
「永年勤続優良従業員表彰式」がひとつになり、
新入社員と永年勤続者の皆様が共に称えられる特別な式典となりました。

勤務時間内での開催ではありましたが、会場には多くの方が参加され、
終始、明るく活気にあふれた雰囲気の中で行われました✨

当社からは、参加企業の中でも最多となる17名が表彰を受け、
その中から永年勤続者3名、新入社員3名が式典に出席しました。

式典では、多治見市長をはじめとする来賓の皆様より
心温まる祝辞をいただき、普段なかなかお話を伺うことのできない方々の
言葉に触れる、貴重な機会となりました。

新入社員代表の挨拶では、若さあふれる力強さと前向きな姿勢が印象的で、
これからの成長がますます楽しみになる、そんなひと場面となりました🌱

一方、永年勤続者の皆様からは、落ち着いた堂々とした姿の中に、
長年会社を支えてきた誇りと責任感が感じられ、改めて信頼の厚さと存在の大きさを実感しました。

式典終了後には、ラッキー抽選会も行われ、
東京ディズニーランドのペアチケットや名古屋の高級ホテルディナー券など、
豪華な景品が用意され、会場は大きな盛り上がりを見せました🎁

名前が呼ばれる瞬間の緊張感や、当選された方々の驚きと笑顔に、
会場全体があたたかな雰囲気に包まれていました。

今回のつどいは、新入社員と永年勤続者がそれぞれの立場で刺激を受け合う、
とても有意義な時間となりました。

長く働き続けてくださる社員の存在は、当社にとって大きな誇りです。
そして新入社員の皆さんにも、その思いを受け継ぎ、
将来は会社を支える存在へと成長していってほしいと願っています。

We Participated in the “Encouragement and Appreciation Event” in Tajimi— A special time when new energy and long-time support come together —

On June 16, 2026, the Tajimi Chamber of Commerce held this event.

This year, a welcome event for new employees and an award ceremony for long-service employees were combined into one.

Many people attended, and the venue was lively and bright.

Our company had the largest number of award winners, with 17 people.
Three long-service employees and three new employees joined the ceremony.

The speech by a new employee was full of energy, and we look forward to their future growth.

The long-service employees showed calm and confident attitudes, and we felt strong trust and respect for them.

After the ceremony, a lucky lottery was held.
There were exciting prizes like Disneyland tickets, and everyone enjoyed the moment.

This event was a meaningful time where new and experienced employees inspired each other.

We are proud of our team and will continue to value people and grow together.
