笑顔がつながる社内運動会を開催しました

当社では、社員同士の交流を深め、心身ともにリフレッシュできる機会として社内運動会を開催しました。

今回の運動会には少し特別な背景があります。

実は競技内容の多くが、今年初めに実施した係長研修で生まれたアイデアです。上長がチームごとに競技を考えプレゼンを実施し、若手社員による投票で選ばれた企画をもとに運動会をつくり上げました。

当日は、

風船リレー
借り人競争
おたまレース
大玉転がし
障害物リレー
シュークリームもぐもぐ競争
玉入れ

など、チームワークとコミュニケーションを大切にした競技を実施しました。

部署や世代を超えて声を掛け合い、助け合いながら競技に挑戦する姿が見られ、会場は終始笑顔に包まれていました。

当社はこれからも、社員同士がつながり、楽しく働ける環境づくりを大切にしてまいります。

Company Sports Day

At our company, we held a sports day to help employees connect with each other, have fun, and refresh both their minds and bodies.

This sports day had a special story behind it.

Many of the events came from ideas created during a section manager training program held earlier this year. Managers worked in teams to create and present sports day event ideas. The final events were chosen by votes from our younger employees.

On the day of the event, we enjoyed activities such as:

• Balloon Relay Race
• Find-a-Person Race
• Spoon Race
• Giant Ball Rolling Race
• Obstacle Relay Race
• Cream Puff Eating Race
• Ball Toss Game

These events were designed to encourage teamwork and communication.

Throughout the day, employees from different departments and age groups cheered for each other, helped one another, and enjoyed working together. The venue was filled with smiles, laughter, and excitement.

We will continue to create opportunities for employees to connect, enjoy teamwork, and build a positive workplace.
