今年の三大方針が決定しました。

今年は新たに「安全衛生方針」が加わり、より強く、より確かな企業体制へと進化します。

その信頼をさらに強固にするため、今年は“要求品質の先取り”と“世界基準の品質保証体制”を掲げました。

私たちは一歩ずつ確実に前進していきます。

🦺安全衛生方針（今年から新設）
「安全と健康はすべてに優先する」
この理念を、全員で実現します。

今年から新たに加わった安全衛生方針は、社員の命と健康を守るための最重要テーマです。
労働災害ゼロを本気で目指し、法令遵守、TQMによる改善、全員参加の安全活動を徹底します。

STOP6を重視したリスクアセスメントを進め、
安心して働ける、明るい職場づくり を全員で実現していきます。

三大方針は、会社の目標であると同時に、
社員一人ひとりが成長し、誇りを持って働くための指針 です。

This year, we focus on understanding quality needs early and building a world‑class quality assurance system.
By improving quality, productivity, and speed, we aim to become a die‑cast manufacturer that is trusted and loved around the world.

🌱Environmental Policy
Protecting the environment means protecting the future.

We take responsibility for understanding how our business affects the environment and for making continuous improvements.
We work to save resources, reduce waste, lower harmful substances, and move toward carbon neutrality.
Step by step, we will continue to make positive changes.

We also educate all employees and raise environmental awareness,
so we can proudly act as a company that cares for the planet.

🦺Safety & Health Policy (new this year)
Safety and health come before everything.

This new policy is our most important effort to protect the lives and health of all employees.
We seriously aim for zero accidents.
We follow laws, improve through TQM, and involve everyone in safety activities.

By focusing on STOP6 and improving risk assessment,
we will create a safe, bright, and comfortable workplace for all.
