ISO45001認証取得に向けて、いよいよ最終段階へ

当社では、社員一人ひとりが安全で安心して働ける職場づくりを目指し、ISO45001認証の取得に向けた取り組みを進めています。

ISO45001とは、従業員の安全と健康を守るための仕組みが適切に整えられ、継続的に改善されていることを認証する国際規格です。職場での事故やケガを未然に防ぎ、誰もが安心して働ける環境をつくることを目的としています。

認証取得に向けた審査は、2026年8月3日から8月7日までの5日間にわたり実施される予定です。現在は審査本番を前に、各部門で最終確認や改善活動を行い、万全の状態で臨めるよう準備を進めています。

当社はこれまで、環境への取り組みを評価するISO14001、品質管理に関する国際規格であるIATF16949の認証を取得し、環境保全や品質向上に継続して取り組んできました。そして今回、新たにISO45001の認証取得に挑戦することで、「安全・品質・環境」のすべての面から、より良い会社づくりを進めています。

製造業において、安全はすべての活動の土台です。安心して働ける職場があってこそ、高品質な製品づくりや安定した生産活動につながります。そのため当社では、設備や作業環境の改善だけでなく、社員一人ひとりが安全について考え、行動できる職場づくりにも力を入れています。

ISO45001の認証取得はゴールではありません。大切なのは、認証取得後も継続して職場環境を見直し、より安全で働きやすい会社へと成長していくことです。

Moving to the Final Stage for ISO 45001 Certification

We are working to obtain ISO 45001 certification so that all employees can work safely and comfortably.

ISO 45001 is an international standard for workplace safety and health. It helps companies create a safer workplace and prevent accidents and injuries.

The certification audit is scheduled from August 3 to August 7, 2026. Before the audit, each department is making final checks and improvements to be fully prepared.

Our company has already earned ISO 14001 certification for environmental management and IATF 16949 certification for quality management. Now, by working toward ISO 45001 certification, we are strengthening our efforts in safety, quality, and the environment.

In manufacturing, safety is the foundation of everything we do. A safe workplace helps us produce high-quality products and maintain stable operations. We are improving not only our facilities and work environment but also encouraging every employee to think about and practice safety every day.

Obtaining ISO 45001 certification is not our final goal. We will continue to improve our workplace and create an even safer and better environment for everyone.
