集まれば、もっと強くなる。加工工場新事務所始動！

このたび、加工工場内に新しい事務所を設置いたしました。

加工工場には4つの係があり、これまでは各係長がそれぞれの持ち場で業務を行っていました。そのため、打ち合わせや情報共有の際には移動が必要になることもありました。

今回の新事務所設置により、4名の係長と課長が同じ空間で業務を行えるようになります。これまで以上に気軽に相談や情報共有ができる環境が整い、係を越えた連携や意思決定のスピード向上が期待されています。

加工工場では日々さまざまな製品や案件に対応しており、各係の連携は欠かせません。管理者が一つの場所に集まることで、課題への迅速な対応だけでなく、新しいアイデアや改善活動も生まれやすくなります。

新事務所は単なる執務スペースではなく、人と人をつなぎ、より良いものづくりを支える拠点です。これからも係の垣根を越えたコミュニケーションを大切にしながら、活気あふれる加工工場づくりを進めてまいります。

Gather Together, Grow Stronger: Our New Machining Factory Office Begins

We are pleased to announce the opening of a new office inside our machining factory.

The machining factory has four different sections. Until now, each section leader worked in a separate area. While this worked well, communication and information sharing sometimes required extra time and movement between locations.

With the new office, all four section leaders and the department manager can now work together in one shared space. This new environment will make it easier to communicate, share information, and work closely as a team.

Our machining factory handles a wide variety of products and projects every day. Close cooperation between sections is very important. By bringing the leaders together, we expect faster decision-making, smoother problem-solving, and more opportunities to create new ideas and improvements.

The new office is more than just a workspace. It is a place where people can connect, cooperate, and support better manufacturing.

We will continue to strengthen communication across all sections and build an even more active and collaborative workplace.
