チーム力向上を目指した係長研修を開催しました

今年も年に一度の係長研修を実施しました。
今回はチームビルディングをテーマに、講師として合同会社Berg　代表・岩井真紀先生をお招きし、今年の秋に開催予定の「大運動会」の種目を決めるプレゼン大会に挑戦しました。
なお、プレゼンの審査員は若手社員４名が務め、フレッシュな視点から評価してもらいました。

研修の前半では、リーダーに求められる役割や、伝わるプレゼンのポイントについて学習。その後、グループに分かれてワークに取り組みました。

どのチームも雰囲気が良く、スムーズに意見交換が進んでいました。
プレゼン内容はどれも分かりやすく、参考になるアイデアばかり。発表を通して、社員の意外な一面や新たな魅力を知ることもできました。

また、「話し合いが盛り上がりすぎて軌道修正が必要になった」という声もあり、状況に応じて役割を補い合う大切さを全員で共有できました。

今回の研修は、リーダーだけでなく、周囲のフォローのあり方についても考える貴重な機会となりました。
同じ目標に向かって協力し合えるチームとして、これからもより良い会社づくりを進めていきます。

Training for Section Managers to Strengthen Teamwork

We held our annual training for section managers again this year.
This time, we invited Ms. Iwai as our instructor.
The theme was team building, and each group gave a presentation to suggest events for our “Company Sports Festival” planned for this fall. Four young employees served as judges and gave fresh feedback.

In the first part of the training, we learned about the roles of a leader and how to make a clear and effective presentation. After that, we worked in groups.

All teams had a good atmosphere and shared ideas smoothly.
The presentations were easy to understand and full of useful ideas.
Through the presentations, we also discovered new strengths and surprising sides of our coworkers.

Some groups said their discussions became too lively and needed to be guided back on track.
This helped everyone understand the importance of supporting each other and adjusting roles when needed.

This training was a good chance not only for leaders to learn, but also for everyone to think about how to support their team.
We will continue working together toward the same goals and keep building a better workplace.
