“絆の会” 開催レポート：改善の知恵が交わる学びの場

トヨタ自動車様との改善活動、
グループ調達連携推進活動（グル連）の一環として、
本年度の活動に参加いただいた Tier2 各社様との交流会
**「絆の会」**を、3月12日（木）に弊社にて開催いたしました。

当日は、弊社より 4つの改善チームが取り組み内容を発表 し、
その後、参加各社様と 意見交換の時間 を設けました。

改善に取り組む中での 苦労や工夫、共通する課題 などを共有し合い、
同業種・異業種が交わる 貴重な学びの場 となりました。

今後も相互交流を深めながら、
さらなるレベルアップを目指してまいります。

A collaborative place for sharing improvement insights

As part of our improvement activities with Toyota Motor Corporation and the Group Procurement Collaboration Promotion Activities (Gururen), we held the “Kizuna-no-Kai” exchange meeting with the participating Tier 2 suppliers for this fiscal year on Thursday, March 12, at our company.

On the day of the event, four of our improvement teams presented their initiatives, followed by a discussion session with the participating companies.

During the discussions, we exchanged insights on the challenges and creative efforts involved in improvement activities, as well as shared common issues across companies.

This opportunity—bringing together companies from both similar and different industries—proved to be a highly valuable place for mutual learning.

We will continue to promote collaboration, strengthen our connections, and strive for further growth and improvement.
