100年の感謝をこめて

弊社は、来年度 2026年9月に創業100周年を迎えます。

まもなく2025年度も終わりを迎え、これまで「100年」を目指して歩んできた私たちにとって、来年度は特別な一年になります。

今日まで東和産業が100年という長い年月を歩み続けることができたのは、ひとえにお客様からの変わらぬご信頼、そして東和を共につくり支えてきてくれた社員一人ひとりのおかげです。本当にありがとうございます。

現在、このかけがえのない節目を記念して、西濃印刷さんに100周年記念動画と冊子の制作をお願いしています。2年越しで進めてきた大切なプロジェクトで、完成まではまだ少し道のりがありますが、私たち自身も心から楽しみにしています。

本日は、その特別な一年を迎えるにあたり、
2026年度のカレンダーが完成したこと、
そして 西濃印刷さんに制作いただいた100周年ロゴ を皆さまにお披露目いたします。

なお、2026年度の年間休日は 121日 と、これまでで最大の日数となりました。
しっかり休み、しっかり働く。
その積み重ねが、より良い製品づくりにつながると考えています。

社員一同、次の100年に向けて、より一層力を尽くしてまいります。
これからも東和産業をどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

✨Thank You for 100 Years✨

Our company will celebrate its 100th anniversary in September 2026.

The 2025 business year is almost finished, and the next year will be very special for us.
We have been working hard toward this “100-year milestone,” and now the big year is coming.

Our company has been able to continue for 100 years thanks to two important groups of people:
our customers, who always trust us, and our employees, who work together to build Towa every day. We are truly grateful.

To celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime moment,  SEINOU GRAPHIC ARTS CO.,LTD. is creating a special anniversary video and booklet for us. This project has been going on for almost two years. It is not finished yet, but we are very excited to see the final result.

Today, we are happy to share two things with you:

• Our 2026 company calendar, and
• The 100th anniversary logo designed by SEINOU GRAPHIC ARTS CO.,LTD.

In 2026, our employees will have 121 holidays, the most we have ever had.
We believe that resting well and working with good focus will help us make even better products.

All of us at Diecast Towa Manufacturing Co. Ltd. will continue to do our best as we move toward the next 100 years.
