📚 Spotlight on Our Handwritten “Exchange Diary”!

Our Company Was Featured on CBC’s News Cross

✨We were featured on television!✨
In mid-February 2026, we received some wonderful news—
our company was introduced on TV for the very first time since our founding.

We were contacted by CBC Television’s program News Cross,
who asked to interview us about the foreign employees working at our company.

🌏 Foreign Employees Who Support Our Company

Many of our foreign team members—especially technical intern trainees and specified skilled workers—
have moved their lives to Japan and work incredibly hard every day.
They are dedicated not only to their jobs but also to improving their Japanese language skills.
Because the program wanted to highlight their efforts, we gladly accepted the interview request.

🎥 Warm and Professional Coverage by CBC

On the day of the interview, three staff members from CBC visited us.
Despite traveling from afar early in the morning, they listened to us with great care.
It was an extremely cold day, and filming around the factory must have been difficult,
but they captured our workplace and initiatives with genuine warmth and attention.

✏️ The Main Topic: “How We Work Together”

The program focused on the efforts we make to build a workplace
where Japanese and foreign employees can work together smoothly.

Among these initiatives, what drew the most attention was our
handwritten “exchange diary” between supervisors and trainees.

For about one year after joining the company, trainees write daily entries in this notebook,
which also serves as a tool for learning Japanese.
Writing allows them to express feelings that may be difficult to say out loud,
and supervisors gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts.

Although this method may feel a little retro today,
the power of handwriting is surprisingly strong.

💬 A Heartwarming Moment

During the interview, we watched one of our foreign employees
answer questions in fluent Japanese.
Seeing that, my heart was sincerely moved.

They send money back home to support their families,
face cultural and environmental differences,
and still work hard every single day.
In many ways, they are the ones who inspire us.

🎉 Our Deepest Appreciation to CBC

We are truly grateful for this valuable opportunity.
Thank you so much to everyone at CBC.

We will continue working together as a team
to make our company even better.
Please look forward to what’s next for us! 😊
