多治見商工会議所ボウリング大会で “優勝” しました！

2月12日、多治見商工会議所主催の 「会員事業所チーム対抗ボウリング大会」 に参加しました！
今回の大会は、1チーム4名・1社2チームまで出場でき、20社・28チーム が集結。
毎年参加しているわが社も、今年も気合い十分の 2チーム・8名 で挑みました。

そして結果は……
なんとなんと、
✨優勝🏆️ と 3位✨
のダブル入賞！！（スゴイ！👏👏）

「ボウリングの東和！」と言われるほど、日頃からさまざまな大会に参加して実績を残してきた私たちですが、今回の結果は決して偶然ではありません。

社内行事として毎年盛り上がる 「大ボウリング大会」 や、腕を磨く 「月例ボウリング大会」。
さらに、プライベートでも集まって練習する“ボウリング好き仲間”の存在。
こうした積み重ねが、今回の快挙につながりました。

また、当社は

日頃から「健康」と「社内の和」を大切にしているからこそ、仕事もプライベートも全力で楽しめる職場づくりができています。

長年勤めてくださったMさんが引退されるので、みんなで感謝を伝えました🥰

Great News! We Won the Bowling Competition!

We joined the “Team Bowling Competition for Member Companies” held by the Tajimi Chamber of Commerce on February 12.

In this event, each team has 4 players, and each company can join with up to 2 teams.
This year, 20 companies and 28 teams took part in the competition.

Our company joins this event every year, and this time we also joined with 2 teams (8 players), full of energy!

And the results were…
We won 1st place 🏆️ and 3rd place!
What an amazing result! 👏👏

People often say “Towa is great at bowling!”
We take part in many bowling events and work hard every time, so this result is not just luck.

We have a big company bowling event once a year, and we also have a monthly bowling day to practice our skills.
Some of our members even meet in their free time to practice together because they love bowling.
All of these efforts led to our great achievement this year.

Our company is also certified as a:

• Work–Life Balance Promotion Company

We always care about “health” and “good relationships” in our workplace.
Because of this, we can enjoy both our work and our private lives.
This good environment helped us win both 1st and 3rd place.
