2026年 全体会議を開催しました

新年最初の全体会議を開催しました。
冨士原社長のご挨拶に始まり、2025年の振り返りと、2026年に向けた目標や方針を全社員で共有しました。
新たな一年に向けて、気持ちを新たに引き締める良い機会となりました。

昨年は、9月から12月にかけて新聞に3回掲載され、テレビにも出演するなど、メディアでの露出が増えた印象的な一年でした。
また、ホームページやInstagramを通じた情報発信にも力を入れ、社内外の皆さまに当社の活動や取り組みを知っていただくことができました。社員の皆さんにも、会社の動きをより身近に感じていただけたのではないでしょうか。

そして、2026年はダイキャスト東和産業にとって記念すべき創業100周年の年です！
この節目の年を、社員一丸となって盛り上げていきたいと思います。記念行事なども予定しておりますので、ぜひ積極的にご参加いただき、共にお祝いしましょう！

2026年も、より良い会社づくりを目指して、みんなで力を合わせて頑張っていきましょう！

The First Company Meeting of 2026

We held our first company meeting of the new year.
It started with a greeting from President Fujihara. Then, we looked back at what we did in 2025 and talked about our goals for 2026 and beyond.
It was a great chance for everyone to feel refreshed and ready for the new year.

Last year, from September to December, we were in the newspaper three times and even appeared on TV. It was an exciting year with lots of media attention!
We also worked hard to share our news on our website and Instagram. Thanks to this, more people inside and outside the company learned about what we do. We hope our employees now feel more connected to the company.

This year, 2026, is a very special year for Diecast Towa Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.—it’s our 100th anniversary!
We want to make this year exciting and fun for everyone. We’re planning some events to celebrate, so we hope many people will join and enjoy them together.

Let’s all work together to make our company even better in 2026!
