トヨタ自動車様 ご来訪のご報告

今回、初めて トヨタ自動車様 熊倉本部長様 を弊社工場にお迎えし、会社案内と工場見学を行いました。
当日は、各工程を丁寧にご覧いただき、改善活動の成果についても発表の機会をいただきました。

熊倉本部長様からは、
「作業者一人ひとりが『今までのままでいい』という思い込みを捨て、自分の頭で考えて改善を回していくことが大切」
という力強いメッセージを頂戴しました。

このようなありがたいご講評に、社員一同心より感謝申し上げます。
今後も品質と生産性の両面で進化し、競争力をさらに高めながら、皆様のご期待に応えられるよう挑戦を続けてまいります。

Report on Toyota Motor Corporation’s Visit

This time, we welcomed Mr. Kumakura, Chief Officer, Purchasing Group of Toyota Motor Corporation, to our factory for the first time.
We gave an introduction to our company and a factory tour.
On that day, Mr. Kumakura carefully looked at each process and gave us the chance to present the results of our improvement activities.

He shared a strong message:
“Each worker needs to realize that staying the same is not enough. It is important to think for yourself and keep improving.”

We are very thankful for these valuable comments.
From now on, we will keep improving both quality and productivity, strengthen our competitiveness, and continue to meet your expectations.
