長年の感謝を込めて――ダイカストマシンとのお別れ

工場で生まれた心温まる時間

2025年11月27日、私たちは長年工場を支えてくれたダイカストマシンに感謝を込めて、お別れの会を開きました。

このマシンは、私たちの製品づくりを何年も支えてくれた頼もしい存在です。無言で働き続けてくれたその姿に、改めて「ありがとう」の気持ちを伝えたい――そんな思いから、若手社員が「お別れの会をしませんか？」と提案してくれました。その声に「いいね！」と工場のみんなが賛同し、心温まる時間となりました。

こうした取り組みが自然に生まれることは、私たちの職場の誇りです。普段から心を込めて製品を作っていることが、こうした場面からも伝わってきます。

製品は生き物ではありません。でも、私たちは一つひとつに気持ちを込めて作っています。そして、そのすべてを支えてくれていたのが、このダイカストマシンです。長い間、本当にお疲れさまでした。そして、ありがとうございました。

“Thank You for Many Years — Farewell to Our Die-Casting Machine”

On November 27, 2025, we held a farewell event to say thank you to our die-casting machine that had supported our factory for many years.

This machine was a strong partner in making our products for a long time. It worked silently every day, and we wanted to say “thank you” to it. A young employee suggested, “Let’s have a farewell event,” and everyone in the factory agreed. It became a warm and special moment.

We are proud that ideas like this come naturally in our workplace. It shows that we always put our hearts into making products.

Our products are not living things. But we make each one with care and feeling. And this die-casting machine supported all of that. Thank you so much for all your hard work over the years.
