NHK「笑う会社革命」で紹介されました

このたび、当社が NHK の番組「笑う会社革命」で紹介されました。
番組では、笠原工場で働くカンボジア実習生との“コミュニケーション術”にスポットが当てられています。

当社では、実習生とのコミュニケーションに 交換日記 を活用しています。
一見クラシックな方法ですが、

日本語を書く力

メッセージを読み取る力

が自然と身につき、言語の壁を大きく下げる効果があります。

「実習生に合わせる」のではなく、
“一緒に働く仲間として、自然に慣れてもらう”
そんな想いを込めた取り組みです。

番組には谷口工場長も出演し、現場の“仲の良さ”が伝わる内容となりました。
出演が決まった際にはとても喜んでおり、放送を見た方にも「社員同士の関係性が伝わったのでは」と話していました。

番組内では、実習生からの「工場長の字が汚い！」という微笑ましいツッコミも紹介されました。
こうした率直でフラットなやり取りができる関係こそ、私たちの強みです。

撮影は丸二日間にわたり、スタッフの皆さまが丁寧に密着してくださいました。
現場のリアルな空気をしっかりと伝えていただき、心より感謝申し上げます。

Featured on NHK “Warau Kaisha Kakumei”

Our company was introduced on the NHK TV program “Warau Kaisha Kakumei.”
The program focused on how we communicate with Foreign trainees working at our Kasahara factory.

We use a shared diary to communicate with the trainees.
It may look like an old-style method, but it works very well.

They learn how to write Japanese

They learn how to read messages

These skills grow naturally, and the language barrier becomes much smaller.

Our goal is not “to match the trainees,” but to help them feel comfortable as members of our team.

Factory Manager Taniguchi also appeared on the program.
He was very happy to be chosen, and he said he hopes people could see the good relationships among our employees.

In the program, a trainee even joked, “The manager’s handwriting is messy!”
This kind of honest and friendly communication is one of our strengths.

The filming took two full days.
The TV staff followed us carefully and showed the real atmosphere of our workplace.
We are very thankful to everyone involved in making the program.
