🌞100周年記念BBQを開催しました！

5月16日（土）、晴れ渡る青空のもと、100周年記念イベントとして恵那峡ワンダーランドにてBBQを開催しました！

当日は総勢150名もの社員が参加！
いつものBBQとはひと味違い、野菜を切ったり火を起こしたりと、みんなで協力しながら準備を進めました。

会場では、支援課によるサプライズダンスで大盛り上がり！
さらにバンド演奏も加わり、会場全体が一体感に包まれ、笑顔あふれる時間となりました🎶

焼きそばづくりでは、部署の垣根を越えて助け合う姿も見られ、まさに「みんなで育てる時間」を実感できるひとときに。
また、景品が当たるイベントも行われ、歓声や笑い声が絶えませんでした！

普段なかなか交流の少ないメンバーとも親睦を深めることができ、参加者の皆さんにも大変楽しんでいただけた様子で、思い出に残る一日となりました。

これからも、こうしたイベントを通して、より一層風通しの良い明るい職場づくりを目指していきます！

🌞 We Held Our 100th Anniversary BBQ!

On May 16 (Saturday), under a bright blue sky,
we held a 100th anniversary BBQ at Enakyo Wonderland.

About 150 employees joined the event!

This BBQ was a little different from usual.
We cut vegetables, made the fire, and got ready together.
Everyone helped each other.

There was a surprise dance by the Support Team, and everyone was excited!
We also enjoyed live band music, and the whole place felt like one big team 🎶
There were many smiles and happy faces.

While making yakisoba noodle, people from different departments worked together.
It was truly a time of growing together.

We also had a fun game with prizes, and we heard lots of cheers and laughter.

Many people could talk with coworkers they do not meet often.
Everyone had a great time, and it became a special and memorable day.

We will keep holding events like this
to make our workplace bright, open, and friendly!
