ラリージャパンの開催にあわせ、弊社社員がボランティアスタッフとして現地に参加しました。

世界中から多くのファンが集まるこの大規模イベントは、会場全体が熱気と高揚感に包まれ、普段とはまったく違う特別な空間となっていました。
その中で社員たちは、お客様の誘導やご案内といった役割を担い、安全でスムーズな運営を支える一員として活動しました。

来場されるお客様一人ひとりに目を配りながら、分かりやすい案内や丁寧な対応を心がけ、現場では自然と声を掛け合い、協力しながら行動する姿が見られました。
目の前で繰り広げられるスピード感あふれるレースの迫力と、観客の歓声に包まれる中での活動は、社員にとっても非常に刺激的で貴重な経験となりました。

また、地域を代表する大きなイベントの一端を担うことで、改めて地域とのつながりや支え合いの大切さを実感する機会にもなりました。

今回の経験を通して得た気づきや学びを、今後の業務や社内活動にも活かしていきたいと考えています。

Our company employees joined Rally Japan as volunteer staff.

This big event brought many fans from all over the world. The whole venue was full of excitement and energy, and it felt very special.
Our employees helped guide visitors and gave information to support safe and smooth event operations.

They watched each visitor carefully and tried to give clear and polite guidance. At the site, they naturally talked to each other and worked together.
Being surrounded by the powerful races and the loud cheers of the crowd was a very exciting and valuable experience for them.

By helping with this major local event, they also felt the importance of connecting with the community and supporting each other.

We want to use what we learned from this experience in our future work and company activities.
We are truly thankful for this wonderful opportunity.
