新入社員研修がスタートしました

今回の記事は、入社5年目の採用担当・Mが新入社員研修の様子をリポートします!

入社式を終え、いよいよ約1か月にわたる新入社員研修がスタートしました。
初日から皆さんが和気あいあいと交流している様子が見られ、とても安心しました。

今回潜入したのは 品質管理課の講義。
当社の製品づくりにおいて「品質」は最も重要な要素です。講義では、不良品の実物を手に取りながら検査のポイントを学び、検査員の技術の高さを実感している姿が印象的でした。

また、ノギスを使った製品測定にも挑戦。
慣れない道具に戸惑いながらも、わからないことを素直に質問し、真剣に取り組む姿勢がとても素晴らしかったです。

研修の終盤には、希望する部署を実際に体験できるインターンシップも予定されています。
「品質管理に興味がある！」「鋳造をもっと知りたい！」など、自分の言葉でやりたいことを語る姿に、これからの成長がますます楽しみになりました。

今回の研修で得た学びが、今後の仕事にしっかり活かされることを期待しています。

The training for new employees has started!

This article is a report by M, a fifth-year employee in charge of recruitment, covering the start of our new employee training program.

After the entrance ceremony, everyone began the one‑month training.
They quickly became friendly, which was nice to see.

They joined a Quality Control lecture and learned how important product quality is.
They checked real defective products and tried using a caliper for measurements.
They asked questions and worked very seriously.

At the end of the training, they will join internships in the departments they are interested in.
Hearing their goals made me excited for their future growth.

I hope what they learned will help them in their work.
