4名の新入社員を迎え、今年も新しい春が始まりました

本日、ダイキャスト東和産業株式会社および株式会社桜美工業所に、
4名の新入社員が入社いたしました。
桜の季節にふさわしい、晴れやかで温かい雰囲気の入社式となりました。

式では、社長からの歓迎の言葉とともに、
「新しい力が会社の未来をつくっていく」という想いが語られ、
新入社員の皆さんも緊張の中にも、前向きな表情を見せてくれました。

また、一人ひとりが抱負を語る場面では、
これから仕事を通じて成長したいという意志がまっすぐに伝わり、
会場全体が温かい拍手に包まれました。

Today, four new employees joined
Diecast Towa Manufacturing Co. Ltd. and OHMI Co.Ltd.
We held a warm and friendly entrance ceremony, just like the spring season with cherry blossoms.

At the ceremony, our president gave a welcome speech.
He shared the message that new members will help create the future of our company.
The new employees looked a little nervous, but also excited and ready to begin their new journey.

Each new employee also spoke about their goals.
Their words showed a strong will to grow and do their best.
Everyone in the room supported them with warm applause.

We will continue to create a workplace where new members can feel safe, learn many things, and show their strengths.
