dctowa長年にわたり計画してきたダイカストマシンの更新プロジェクトがついに実現し、
本日、新しい650トンマシンが稼働を開始しました！
2月初めには清祓を行い、社員みんなで心を込めてお迎えしたこのニューマシン。
従来の500トンから 650トンへの大幅パワーアップ を果たし、より幅広い製品づくりに挑戦できる体制が整いました。
新マシンの注目ポイント！
① スプレーロボットで“調整レス”＆“品質安定”を実現
離型剤の塗布量・パターンを自動化し、作業者のばらつきを解消
金型温度を安定させ、ショット品質の均一化をサポート
調整作業の大幅削減により、段取り時間短縮と作業負荷軽減に貢献
② 溶解炉は『過去トラブル解消』＋『省エネ』へ進化
これまでの溶湯管理トラブルを分析し、新機構により再発を防止
安定した溶湯供給を実現しつつ、省エネ性能も向上
安全性と効率性の両立を実現
③ 管理盤の“見える化”がさらにパワーアップ
生産管理板の情報を一元で確認できる統合表示
冷却通水、離型剤使用量、ダイカストマシン/真空装置の実測値をリアルタイム表示

NEW Machine Joins the Team!! Our 650‑Ton Die-Casting Machine Starts Today!
We have been planning this machine update for many years.
Today, our new 650‑ton die-casting machine finally started running!
At the beginning of February, we held a purification ceremony and welcomed the new machine together.
This new model has much more power than the old 500‑ton machine, so we can make many more kinds of products.
Highlights of the New Machine
- Spray Robot for Stable and Easy Operation
The robot sprays release agent automatically.
This removes differences between operators.
It keeps the mold temperature stable and improves shot quality.
Less adjustment work means faster setup and lighter workload.
- New Melting Furnace: Solves Old Problems + Saves Energy
We studied past trouble with molten metal and added a new system to stop problems from happening again.
It gives stable molten metal and also uses less energy.
- Better “Visualization” on the Control Panel
Production information is shown in one place.
You can see cooling water flow, release agent use, and real machine/vacuum data.
Electricity use is also visible, so we can manage energy better.
With our new 650RM No.1, we will keep trying new products and continue building the history of Diecast Towa Manufacturing.
