🎙️社長がラジオ出演しました！

2026年1月19日（月）地元で大人気のラジオ番組　FMピピさんの「そこがキーポイント」に出演させていただきました。
この番組は毎週月曜日の午前11時半から　東濃地方で活躍するゲストとパーソナリティの川口未話さんがお話しする素敵な番組です。

こちらが、社長がラジオでお話しした内容の抜粋です。

私たちダイカスト東和産業は、アルミダイカストでオートマ車の部品をつくる会社です。
トヨタさんやフォルクスワーゲンさんなど、さまざまな車に私たちの部品が使われています。

2026年には創業100周年を迎えます。
創業は東京・四谷近く。戦後に多治見へ移り、オートマの普及とともに会社も成長しました。

現社長は2020年に就任した4代目。
「社員一人ひとりが価値ある仕事をできる会社にしたい」との思いで、日々社員と対話しながら会社づくりを進めています。

社内には人気キャラクター “ちゅうぞうくん”（🐭＋🐘のハーフ！）も活躍中。
送迎バスや壁面にも描かれ、外国人技能実習生にも親しまれています。

近年はトヨタさんやアイシンさんのご指導を受け、会社改革にも取り組んでいます。
また、子ども食堂の支援やスポーツクラブへの寄付など、地域への貢献も続けています。

アルミ製品はほぼ100％リサイクル材。
これからも、環境にやさしいものづくりで 次の100年へ。

🎙️ Our President Was on the Radio!

On January 19, 2026, our president joined the popular local radio show “Soko ga Key Point” on FM Pipi.
The show is hosted by Miwa Kawaguchi and welcomes guests who work in the Tono area.
Diecast Towa is a company that makes aluminum die‑cast parts for automatic cars, used in many vehicles including Toyota and Volkswagen.
In 2026, we will celebrate our 100th anniversary.
Our company started near Yotsuya in Tokyo, then moved to Tajimi after the war.
As automatic cars became popular, our company also grew.
Our current president, the 4th generation, became president in 2020 and wants all employees to “do work that has value.”

🐭🐘 About Our Company Today

We also have a cute mascot, Chūzō‑kun, a mouse‑and‑elephant character loved by everyone.
You can see him on our company walls and on the bus for foreign trainees.
Many employees from different countries work with us, and we support them with Japanese classes.
Recently, Toyota and Aisin have been helping us improve our company.
We also give back to the community by supporting children’s cafeterias and local sports teams.
Our aluminum parts are made from almost 100% recycled material, making our products eco‑friendly.
With the motto “Let’s make the world better together,” we will continue moving forward into the next 100 years and are thankful for the chance to share our story.
