頑張る姿がみんなの力になる

技能実習生たちは、慣れない環境の中で毎日一生懸命働いています。そんな日々の業務に加えて、彼らにはもう一つの大きな目標があります。それが最初の壁「随時3級検定試験」です。今回私たちの会社で働いてくれている実習生２名が試験を受けました。

この試験に挑戦することは、決して簡単なことではありません。仕事を終えた後、疲れた体で勉強を続ける日々。言葉の壁や不安に悩むこともあります。それでも、彼らは諦めません。
なぜなら、この挑戦の先にあるのは、自分の努力が形になる瞬間だからです。試験に合格することは、ただの資格取得ではなく、これまでの頑張りが報われる証であり、未来への大きな一歩です。

そして、その姿は周りの日本人にも大きな勇気と励ましを与えています。
「頑張った分だけ報われる」――その思いを胸に、技能実習生たちは今日も前を向いて歩み続けています。私たちは、その努力を心から応援しています。

Trying Our Best for the Level 3 Test

The technical trainees work hard every day in a new and unfamiliar environment. Besides their daily jobs, they have another big goal. It is the first challenge: the “Level 3 Test.” Two trainees in our company took this test.

Taking this test is not easy. After finishing work, they keep studying even when they are tired. Sometimes they struggle with language problems and feel worried. But they never give up.
Why? Because passing this test means their hard work becomes real. It is not just getting a certificate. It is proof of their effort and a big step toward the future.

Their challenge also gives courage and hope to the Japanese people around them.
“With effort, you will be rewarded.”
With this belief, the trainees keep moving forward every day. We truly support their hard work.
