「からくり＆デジタル展」を見学してきました！

先日、当社の社員が「からくり＆デジタル展」を見学してきました。
この展示会では、トヨタ自動車株式会社およびトヨタグループの現場で生まれた知恵と工夫をもとに、動力を使わずに課題を解決する「からくり」機構や、現場でのデジタル技術の活用事例が紹介されていました。

身近な素材を使って、現場の課題をシンプルに、そして効率的に解決するアイデアの数々に、社員一同とても刺激を受けました！

参加した社員からは、

「現場のリアルな声が反映されていて、実用的で素晴らしいアイデアがたくさんありました」

「自社でも取り入れられそうな工夫がいくつもあって、ぜひ試してみたいです」
「自分でも“からくり”を作ってみたくなりました！」
といった感想が寄せられました。

また、女性が働きやすい職場づくりや、高齢者の方々の声を反映した改善事例も多く紹介されており、誰もが働きやすい環境づくりへのヒントもたくさん得ることができました。

Boost Your Workplace with Bright Ideas! A Peek into the Karakuri & Digital Expo

We Visited the “Karakuri & Digital Exhibition”
Some of our employees went to see the “Karakuri & Digital Exhibition.”
At this event, we saw many smart ideas from Toyota Motor Corporation and the Toyota Group. These ideas help solve problems at work using simple tools and no electricity. We also saw how digital technology is used in real workplaces.

Our team learned a lot from the displays. The ideas were easy to understand and very useful.

Here are some comments from our employees:

“The ideas came from real workers. They were very good and helpful.”

“Some of the ideas could work in our company too. I want to try them.”

“I want to make a karakuri machine myself!”

There were also examples of how to make the workplace better for women and older people. It gave us many good ideas for making our own workplace better for everyone.

We will use what we learned to improve our work and help everyone feel more comfortable!
