日本語で広がる、社内コミュニケーション

外国人社員向け日本語教室を開催しました

日本語検定の取得を目指す方、日常会話の習得を希望される方など、それぞれの目的に合わせ、
市のボランティア講師の皆さまにご協力いただきながら、全10回のプログラムを無事に終えることができました。

最終回には、受講生の皆さまが練習を重ねてきた「日本語スピーチ」に挑戦。
ゲームや会話を通して楽しみながら学ぶ姿、集中して取り組む真剣な表情、そして国籍を超えて日本語でコミュニケーションを取る様子に、私たちスタッフ一同、大きな喜びと感動をいただきました。

今回の日本語教室は一区切りとなりますが、またぜひ新たな機会を設けたいと考えております。
ご指導くださった講師の皆さま、そして積極的に参加してくださった皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。

Our company held a Japanese language class for our foreign employees.

Some participants wanted to prepare for the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test, while others wanted to learn daily conversation.
With the support of volunteer teachers from the city, we successfully completed all ten lessons.

In the final class, the participants gave a Japanese speech that they had practiced many times.
Through games and conversations, they learned with joy, worked hard with great focus, and communicated in Japanese across different nationalities.
Seeing their efforts gave all of us great happiness and deep inspiration.

This Japanese class has now come to an end, but we hope to offer another opportunity in the future.
We sincerely thank the volunteer teachers for their guidance and all participants for their active involvement.
