おしごとチャレンジ☆中学生、プロの世界に突入～！

多治見中学校から、元気いっぱいの2人の中学生が職場体験に来てくれました！
今回のテーマは「安全」と「検査作業」。
ヘルメットをかぶって、いざ！おしごとの世界へ出発～！🛠️✨

検査作業では、最初はドキドキしながらも、だんだんスピードアップ！
でも…「速くなると、ミスが増えちゃうかも…」と気づいた2人。
その一言に、私たちもハッとさせられました。うんうん、それってすごく大事な視点！

体験のしめくくりには、2日間のまとめとして発表会を開催！
パワーポイントで資料を作って、堂々とプレゼンしてくれました🎤
「えっ、ほんとに初めて!?」って思うくらい、しっかりした発表に感動！

さらにびっくりしたのが、「ガンプラ作りと鋳造って似てるかも！」という気づき。
好きなこととおしごとがつながるって、なんだかワクワクするよね🎨✨

2人のキラリと光る発見とがんばりに、私たちもたくさんの刺激をもらいました！

Students from Tajimi Junior High Try Out the Workplace! 🌟

Two students from Tajimi Junior High School came to our company for a fun and exciting work experience! They learned about safety and even got to try real inspection work. We had a great time together!

During the inspection, one student said, “I got faster as I got used to it, but my accuracy went down.” That really stood out! Even in a short time, they noticed how tricky the job can be—such a smart observation!

At the end of the two-day experience, they gave a presentation using PowerPoint. It was their first time, but they did an amazing job! We were so impressed and thought, “Wow, middle school students can do so much!”

One student also said they found something similar between building Gundam models and metal casting. That was a cool discovery for us too!
