3日間にわたり、恵那南高校の生徒さんが職場体験に参加してくれました！
製造業について学ぶ機会が多いとのことで、ものづくりに興味を持ち、
当社を選んでくれたそうです。とても嬉しいですね！
🔧 印象的だったのは「測定」の体験！
製造と聞くと「手作業」のイメージが強かったようですが、実際にはコンピューターでプログラムを作成する場面もあり、イメージがガラッと変わったとのこと。新しい発見があったようです！
🔍 検査作業にもチャレンジ！
同じ作業を繰り返す大変さを感じながらも、「繊細な作業だからこそ、やってみると楽しい！」という前向きな感想をいただきました。ものづくりの奥深さを体感してもらえたようです。
🎵 SNS投稿にも挑戦！
Instagramのストーリー投稿用の音楽選びにもトライ。動画にぴったり合うように微調整している姿がとても印象的でした！

🌟 Ena Minami High School Students Joined Us for Work Experience!
We welcomed students from Ena Minami High School for a 3-day workplace
experience.
They chose our company because they’re interested in manufacturing and
wanted to learn more about how things are made.
🔧 Exploring Measurement Tools
Many were surprised to see that manufacturing involves computer programming—not
just hands-on work!
🔍 Trying Inspection Tasks
They found the repetitive work challenging, but also fun because of its
precision.

Students helped choose music for our videos and adjusted it to match—great
teamwork!
